Film makers submit a teaser video of their short film. The teaser will be reviewed to see if it is appropriate and once approved will be live in our teasers section. The top 10 teaser videos with the most votes will be entered into the next Film Fest Contest. Once a film has been selected for the Film Fest a full length version is due. Full length films will be loaded and open for voting for a specific time period. The film with the most votes within that time period wins the contest.
